COMMON AREA VEHICLE ENTRANCE GATES

We have completed the process of adding reflectorized numbers to each one of our vehicle entrance gates

This will be for the convenience of homeowners needing access to the common areas or making a complaint.  We have added the word "GATE" to each entrance so as not to be confused with the trail system. This will also aid in quick access to emergency response vehicles.

The Association will be sending letters to the police and fire departments informing them of the gate numbers, also included in the letter will be a map of Meadowview with each gate number and where it is located.

Restated Bylaws, CC&Rs and Amendment Articles of Incorporation: DID NOT PASS CONTINUE USING THE ONES THAT ARE DATED 2001.

LIVING WITH CALIFORNIA COY0TES

Observing wild animals is one of the many benefits of living in or near wildlife habitat.  The experience can turn unpleasant or even dangerous when well-meaning people feed wildlife. Coyotes become unnaturally bold and the result is conflict between coyotes and people, which too often ends in serious harm or even death, to people or the coyotes.
  • NEVER DELIBERATELY FEED A COYOTE
  • NEVER LEAVE SMALL CHILDREN UNATTENDED
  • USE TRASH CANS WITH LIDS THAT CLAMP SHUT
  • KEEP SMALL PETS INDOORS OR AT THE LEASE WATCH THEM WHILE OUTSIDE
