2012 Meadowview Community Association Annual Elections

The Inspectors of Election, LLC (TIE) has been appointed as the Inspector of Elections pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1363.03 (a) (5) (B) & (C) for the Association's Election of Board Members.

The voting material was mailed to the homeowners the third week in January.  Directors serve for a two-year staggered term. This year three of the seven positions on the board are up for election by the members. Board members whose terms expire are: Barbara Brand, Dennis Cullen and Jon Greaves.

The Association has been working with First Citizens Bank to implement a direct debit service

Direct debit is a service in which your annual dues are withdrawn electronically from the financial institution of your choice.  The funds will be debited from your account on a mutually agreed upon date (on or before each quarter). 

A few of the benefits are:

• There is no cost for you to participate in the program.
• There is no need to waste time and money mailing a check.
• You don't have to worry about assessment late fees.
• Payment information is strictly confidential.
• You will see the debit amount and date reflected on your bank statement.
