Please keep in mind, that if
you plan on any exterior modifications
to your home or yard they require prior architectural approval. The ARC
meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse. Before you start your project please
attend an ARC meeting and ask questions.

Another problem along the perimeter of the common area is encroachment.
The property line between the Meadowview common area and individual lots is not
precisely noted in many locations. Please know where your property lines
are and do not encroach into the common area with your landscaping, tree
planting, or other improvements. These encroachments only create problems
and unnecessary expenses for the association and the property owner sooner or
later.
If you have a concern please fill out the violation
complaint form and submit it to the Meadowview office. Please
include as much information as possible i.e. photos, location and nature of the
problem so we can take corrective action.
