Let’s Keep Meadowview Beautiful!

As we drive through Meadowview it is becoming apparent that many homeowners are not maintaining their lots in the manner consistent with the CC&R's of our community. The overall appearance of a community has a direct impact on the home values in that area. We all want Meadowview homes to maintain their value in this trying real estate market. Please take a moment to look at your property as a prospective buyer. Does the fence need painting? Is the landscaping full of weeds? Brown lawns, unkempt areas around structures, boats and recreational vehicles stored improperly all give a first impression of a run-down home. If any of these areas exist around YOUR home, please correct them as soon as possible. Most of the extremely hot weather is behind us and Fall is a great time to make necessary repairs. If everyone does their part, Meadowview will remain a strong, sought after community in our City.

The Board recently asked members of our Architectural Review Committee to drive through the association and report architectural violations to the Board. If you receive a letter notifying you of an architectural violation, and subsequent fines, please be assured that you are not being singled out. We are trying to ensure that the property values of the community are maintained to keep Meadowview beautiful!

Please remember to contact the office or click on the documents below to review the CC & Rs and  receive your Architectural Review Committee (ARC) application prior to starting any work.
